Are the parts you sell and / or repair tested?
The parts that we repair and sell are tested (when possible) at the systems in the laboratory or at our customers.
Do you refurbish everything?
We carry out refurbish of coils, consumables (PADs, etc.) and aesthetically regenerate complete systems.
Do you offer customer support or helpline?
Yes, in the maintenance contract we also offer telephone support for a first diagnosis on the system.

We operate mainly in Italy, Spain, Portugal, Switzerland, England, Albania, in other countries in Europe and beyond.
Do you offer warranty? If yes, how many days?
For repaired and tested parts we offer 90 days, however, on non-testable repaired parts we offer 60 days warranty.
Can you also offer rental services?
We have an assortment of the most used coils to be able to supply in service Loaner to minimize customer downtime.
